SEPTEMBER 9,2008 - SEIU receives the first 4 places for its ongoing scandals. Mayor Sam issues ass-clown awards at the end of each month and has seen fit to bestow the first 4 places (out of 10) as follows:

4. Mark Ridley-Thomas, bought by SEIU
