IRS and City Mileage Rate - Effective January 1, 2010 - Public

Effective January 1, 2010, the IRS decreased its mileage rate to 50 cents per mile. In accordance with Article 6.10 of all EAA MOUs, the rate reimbursed to EAA-represented employees also decreases to 50 cents permile on January 1, 2010. All EAA-represented employees should use the new rate for all reimbursaable mileage during the period from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010 or until the IRS issues a new rate. All EAA-represented employees shall receive compensation at that rate.
