ERB Votes to Uphold DWP Wage Parity Decision

The Board did not order that the City must reimburse EAA for legal fees and expenses, but after the hearing one of the ERB members told us we need to make a motion to reconsider regarding the legal fees and costs at the next session. The important part of today's proceedings is that the City is now officially ordered to properly negotiate with EAA to achieve the goal set forth by the Letter of Intent.
