DWP WAGE PARITY UPDATE JUNE 27, 2009

The CAO explained that the City was willing to entertain so called "gain-sharing" proposals to address parity. This type of proposal is where we identify savings or revenue enhancements and then the parties would share in those savings/enhancements. Your negotiating committee is now working to develop these types of proposals.
