DWP WAGE PARITY NEGOTIATIONS APRIL 21

The CAO representatives reported that they received initial bargaining instructions from the EERC. They now agreed to obtain responses to the two formulae EAA had already presented during the first phase of these negotiations. They are also asking guidance from the EERC regarding some new innovative ways to address the wage disparity problem over time.

The CAO representatives expressed their opinion that they could get this before the EERC quickly and they will schedule the next negotiating session soon thereafter.
