Monday, Aug 23, 2010EAA’s efforts caused LAPD to audit their practices in the SID, where LAPD incorrectly interpreted their FLSA rules. LAPD compensated EAA members for call-back time at the straight time rate, not at the time and one-half rate, and the audit proved EAA was correct in multiple grievances.
