Hearing dates set for UERP regarding the ERIP

The Employee Relations Board (ERB) has finally acted to set a hearing date for Unfair Empl;oyee Relations Practice Claim Number 1793.  EAA filed this UERP on December 3, 2009.

LACERS on Schedule for 2400 ERIP Retirements by June 30, 2010

April 21, 2010 - ERIP is on schedule to meet its goal of 2,400 employees.  This information confirms that there are sufficient vacant positions due to the ERIP that the number of positions mentioned as being eliminated in the 2010-2011 budget may include this number of vacancies.
