In a slow week so far for the budget hearings, there are articles about additional revenue, cost-cutting proposals, budget hearings, and the effects of cut-backs.  Of course, the DWP payment was finalized, but let's face it, that story has been milked to death by the media and our elected officials and is not linked here.
