Tuesday, Jul 06, 2010In a report dated July 1, 2010, hearing officer David W. Stiteler recommended that UERP Claim No. 1768 be denied and dismissed. EAA and its legal counsel believe this recommendation fails to make either legal or factual sense based on the evidence presented. The next step is for the Employee Relations Board to rule on the recommendation. The issue can then be filed in Superior Court.
