OCTOBER 9, 2008 - SEIU is spreading additional lies by voicemail or direct calling. Some EAA members have received messages from SEIU and its shills stating that the member's MOU is no longer represented by EAA. This is simply another outright lie and deceptive tactic being utilized by SEIU to obtain signatures, hoping to get EAA members to "jump on the (non-existent) bandwagon". The only real bandwagon out there is EAA and most of its members wanting to stay there.

The truth is that SEIU has not filed any decertification petitions even though the filing window is open! If they really have the required number of signatures, why not? EAA continues to represent every member and every fair-share payer in all seven of its MOUs and will do so in the future.
