"trusteeships have now become a tool for consolidating Stern’s personal power, stifling dissent, negotiating substandard contracts, and creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation" continues the article which summarizes SEIU's international problems with an emphasis on California. It is also noted that "This treason-and-conspiracy count has since been dropped in a superceding SEIU “indictment” of Rosselli" demonstrating that there is no substance to the charges Andy Stern brought against the head of UHW.
